Morning
Wake gently and explore
Movement and breath, breakfast, a circle to arrive together. Workshop.
Aya House · Gran Canaria · 10–16 April 2027
Slow down.
Remember yourself.
The mountains have nothing to prove.
Neither do you.
Where the mountains have stood for thousands of years, the days unfold naturally, and there is nothing to achieve except being fully present.
Aya House sits in a volcanic valley in Gran Canaria, away from the noise, where life settles into a slower rhythm.
For seven days we'll step away from expectations and distractions to do something simple: move with our bodies, share nourishing meals, rest deeply and enjoy the company of other men.
This isn't a retreat about becoming someone new. It's an invitation to slow down long enough to rediscover who you've been all along.

The place
Aya House is tucked into a private valley, thirty minutes from the airport yet removed from the usual pace of daily life.
The mountains don't hurry.
For seven days, neither do we.
The rhythm
There is structure, but not pressure. Enough guidance to feel held, and enough space to listen to what you need.
Morning
Movement and breath, breakfast, a circle to arrive together. Workshop.
Afternoon
Lunch, walking, soaking in the jacuzzi, reading, journalling or simply being outside.
Evening
Workshop, circle, conversation, dinner and the unhurried company of other men.
The practices
Somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, creativity, circle and mindful touch are offered as invitations rather than tests.
Workshops explore trust, mind-body connection and tantra wellbeing, sometimes through movement, sometimes through stillness, sometimes through conscious touch. Each one builds on the last, but none asks more than you're ready to give.
You can speak or stay quiet. Join in fully or pause. Curiosity matters more than achievement.
Clothing-optional connection
All retreat sessions are clothing-optional. Outside the sessions, wear whatever feels comfortable.
The intention is neither display nor performance. It is a relaxed, respectful environment in which the body can be ordinary, accepted and at ease.
No prior experience is needed. The group is a mix of ages and backgrounds, and all men are welcome regardless of sexual orientation.
Nothing to hide.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to perform.
Food and simple living
Daily homemade plant-based breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks are included.
Meals are part of the retreat: a chance to gather, talk, laugh and allow the day to settle.

Your space
Every participant has a private en-suite room within Aya House: a quiet place to close the door, rest and return to your own rhythm.
