I've been practicing yoga for over 12 years
and teaching in-person classes for over 9 years.
My teacher training started at a South Indian
ashram in classical Hatha yoga and over the
years I have been influenced by Somatics, Vinyasa,
Restorative Yoga and elements of dance and developmental
movement.
I lead group classes,
private, and one to one sessions in Manchester,
UK. My style is friendly, non-competitive, inclusive
and empowering.
I
feel particularly inspired when sharing my experience
as a Hanna Somatic Education coach.
I hope to inspire you to embrace a breath-centered,
regular mindful movement practice. I endeavor
to create an environment in my classes where
everyone feels safe, grounded, nurtured and
able to foster a genuine sense of well-being.
Through your practice, you might discover greater
ease and joy in movement, connection to breath
and perhaps, amidst the hustle and bustle of
life, you might find moments of peace, space
and stillness to cultivate..
